This can happen if your "Base Url" or "Reports Url" are incorrect. Please verify their values.
Starting with version 5.0, settings are kept inside repository and not in property file.
When you install NextReports Server, you are asked to choose a http port (default value is 8081). Installer saves base url in a property file and that value is used also to construct reports url.
When you install and select an older storage, base url and reports url are taken from storage. So if http port is changed, you should also change the port in these properties in settings.
When you install and select a new storage, these settings do not need modification.
