Designer 3.3 and Server 2.3

New versions of NextReports Designer and Server were published.

The new versions brings:

'Hide when expression' property to allow for hidden cell content or even for an entire hidden row
Parameters without a source can have now more than one value entered by user at runtime
Charts and tables in dashboards can now be detached to allow for full-screen zooming
All widgets can now be auto-refreshed independently
Audit framework
